Sewer lines installed 30, 60, 100 years sometimes don't outlast the house. Tree roots get in the sewer, sewer lines brake, pipes collapse and that's when the sewer backs up. We install clean outs or new sewers to the street or across the street. We also install water and sewer hookup for new homes.
